Hospital is what you make it.. If all you want to do is sit around, do nothing, be obstructive and just watch television and smoke all day, you are wasting both your time and that of the staff. You might as well stay home.. If on the other hand, you are pleasant to the staff, they will be wonderful back and help you as much as they can..
The staff are there to facilitate YOUR recovery, you have to work at it yourself.. The ward is beautifully clean, the majority of the patients will do all they can to help you themselves, the food just cannot be beaten, and the vast majority of staff are lovely..
