Total lack of communication between departments. Seemed like they hadn’t actually read any of the notes regarding my son. He would get told one thing by one team which would get his hopes up to then get told another by a different team. One doctor had no bedside manner whatsoever ever and I can only hope that no other family has the dealing with her in the same situation.
