It is all very positive, hospital immaculate and staff very caring and precise, the technicalities of the procedure were explained in layman's terms which I could understand more clearly as medical language can be overwhelming.

Pleasantly suprised to have a physician operating the ultrasound machine and able to give on-the-spot observation (observed and commented on normal kidneys).

On the 5th March 2018, I had aortic root and valve replacement surgery, which was carried out by Neil Roberts and his brilliant team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, all aspects from pre-admission to discharge were very well managed and co-ordinated. Nothing was too much trouble and the aftercare with the staff on Ward 4B has been first class, the facility to contact the ward following discharge with any concerns has been very reassuring. I cannot recommend Bart Heart Centre more highly. Thank you so much to the incredible team at Barts.

The Reception staff in the Breast Imaging Clinic are appalling. They ring patients and discuss cases in the open waiting room. They show no competence of their roles. A lot more professionalism should be given considering the serious nature of some of the people attending the clinic.

The receptionists on the second floor Breast Imagining need lessons in how to be polite and respectful to patients. They had no idea what they were doing, could not perform multiple tasks and kept asking the same questions over and over again.

I was treated by all the staff I met in a friendly but entirely professional way. I would particularly mention Helena, Cavan McGurk and another lady whose name I do not remember but she assisted Mr McGurk with my scan at my 3.0pm appointment. Hopefully she can be traced so that my thanks can also be passed on to her. I was pretty apprehensive as I had not had a scan like this before but your staff were at pains to explain clearly what would happen, and were very kind and patient with me. I felt I was in safe hands throughout the whole procedure. Thank you.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at ward 4C for looking after my mum after she had her lung operation.All the HCSW,nurses,Doctors and sisters were very friendly,kind and compassionate.Thank You.

I booked into the Sexual Health Clinic for a routine removal of the IUD, my appointment was at 9am and it was on time. The consultant was instantly very welcoming and made me feel at ease, she explained to me what was going to happen and was sensitive to any concerns I had. The process was very straight forward and she explained everything that was about to happen. After the procedure, I had time to explain any worries, and to talk through the right contraception method of me. I felt valued, relaxed and calm throughout the whole process.

St Barts Hospital is probably the finest hospital in Britain. Certainly, the staff are the finest. I could not have received better care.
