From the moment I arrived on the unit I felt welcome and informed by the young receptionist. She had a lovely friendly and confident persona. The rest of the team include all medical personnel were very friendly and informative. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout. All staff were friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience less daunting.
I'm referring to the Orthopaedic team.
Not forgetting the health care assistants also.
