I've been using Spire Southampton hospital for years for outpatients tests, consultations and physio. Staff is good. Consultants are good but few. Sometimes it takes weeks to book an appointment with a consultant. My two biggest complaints are: it takes for ever for blood tests results to arrive and it's almost impossible to find imaging or physio teams on the phone as they never answer. I've raised a formal complaint about this situation. Other than that it's the only private hospital in Southampton anyway so there is no competition (maybe only the Nuffield hospital in Chandler's Ford which is even worse in waiting/respond times).
