The patient experience delivered by the spire is first class. I met numerous staff members over four visits there and without exception, everyone was professional, polite and kindly in their manner. All necessary information was conveyed to me comprehensively and I found myself not needing to ask questions of clarification etc. The facilities are also first class and all the equipment I saw there appeared to be new and 'state of the art'. Should I need medical help beyond GP level in the future, I will definitely use the services of the Spire. A very well done for a superb faultless service.
