Private Appointment cancelled by text with no information or explanation as to why ir any attempt to reschedule. Didn't even have the courtesy to ring me to tell me. I have now sent 3 emails and still no one has contacted me. Absolutely appalling way to treat a patient.

Was treated for BCC reconstruction at Spire Hospital, Nottingham. Lovely hospital, thoroughly recommend. Coffee shop is great too.

I was treated at Spire Tollerton as an NHS patient but they seem to treat all patients alike and very well indeed. I was looked after by many people during the 6am to 5pm stay for a foot operation, and weekly thereafter. All are knowledgeable, kind and caring, taking time to explain their particular role and ensuring I understood what was going to happen at every stage of the procedure. From surgeon and anaesthetist to reception and all the nursing staff everybody seemed to pull together to make things work smoothly and efficiently, and I'm enormously grateful to each and every one of them.

The Spire Hospital Nottingham is an excellent place to have elective surgery, it is spotless warm and welcoming, all the staff have a smile on their faces and it is obvious that they are there for your welfare. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped lunch was good and the coffee excellent

Open friendly and helpful staff in whatever sector they served. The hospital is a welcoming environment that gave me confidence. Light, bright and scrupulously clean. Every member of staff knew their role and were 100% professional. Rooms were extremely comfortable and every effort was made to ease the way through the challenges ahead. Administration inefficient. Had to queue for 15 minutes to check-in for consultation on 3rd January 2025. Reception woefully understaffed.

Had five visits to the Spire for treatment including 2 overnight stays following surgery, 1 day case surgical procedure , 1 MRI and 1 CT scan plus pre-op and follow up consultations. At every visit the hospital was welcoming, efficiently run and gave a 5 star experience.

This Hospital was amazing! From the time you stepped in to leaving, you were treated like a person, not a number! The staff were excellent, the place was immaculate and everyone was so welcoming! Everything ran on time, was just great! Thank you everyone at this hospital!

The hospital was extremely efficient, the staff were polite, helpful and very capable through the process, nothing was too much trouble. The nursing staff were very attentive and helped me through the process, explaining the process and aftercare as well as checking in with me by email on a regular basis.
