The Spire Hospital at Tollerton, Nottingham was fantastic, appointments were on time & all the staff were very kind & caring. Everywhere was extremely clean, the food was lovely & room spotless. Many thanks

The hospital facilities were very good and convenient to park. However the consultant didn’t advise me about 2 charges. Her 2 reports also did not accurately reflect our discussion. Both times she mentioned a potentially very serious issue but neither times was it mentioned in the report. They were also other inaccuracies. I also got the impression after the second discussion that she was trying to refer me to colleagues to increase their income when there were other no cost options available to me.

I attended this hospital on Tuesday 13 12 pm I made the appointment to see a cardiologist I made the appointment on Monday 13 12 22 I asked that they have my scan results sent over from the city hospital Nottingham I then phoned on the 14 am to zsk if my scans had been sent over they assured me they had but on meeting with the cardiologist they were no scan results available he just went by what I told him he listened to my breathing etc but no test I had 20 mins with him at a cost of £250 I feel I have been ripped off he could not possibly comment on my case without seeing scan results I will not use them again

The hospital was great and the team were great. Their attention to detail to put me at ease and make me comfortable throughout the entire day was exemplary. Thank you to all involved.

The team of people who looked after me on Cedar Ward were fantastic nothing was to much trouble at all times they were friendly and very professional. They put me at ease and whilst I was in surgery looked after my daughter too. A very special group of people

From the start to the end of my stay and during out-patient visits all members of staff were kind, reassuring and helpful.
