I was very happy with my care, it was amazing. My only concern was that as an NHS patient I had to pay for an ECG which was requested by the anaesthetist at the last minute. I also had to see a heart consultant before I could have the ECG which was another cost. I had to have the tests otherwise the operation would be cancelled. I did explain that it would be clear because that is how Cardiomyopathy Takotsubo works, you are only discharged when your has returned to normal. I did query this with payments but to no avail!
