Spire Redbridge is a fantastic hospital.
From the first point of contact the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
The nurses were great and the Aneastist was brilliant.
I felt at ease and confident with the staff having to go into surgery.
I would definitely recommend this hospital. I could not fault it at all.

Had mri at hospital on 6th March 2023. Very quick and efficient mri. I must, however, mention that the toilet seat in the mri section is disguting and stained. Surely the cleaners or management must have seen this?
This is also a unisex toilet. It is preferable to have separate ladies and gents toilets

My experience at Spire Hartswood was excellent. My only problem was with the lack of parking space for a 10am appointment. Better at 9am. Not able to judge if more parking space could be provided, it may be a case of "it is what it is".

Brilliant from booking in, for information & care.
All staff I met have been polite, helpful & professional and the actual premises was clean, oh and the food was great.
Ps...One minor gripe, parking isn't great, but it's a very minor gripe.

Spire Hartswood is always my go-to choice when I need to see a consultant or have any scans etc. I’ve been visiting for over 10 years as I have several health problems.
I’ve always found staff to be helpful and friendly which is exactly what patients need visiting a private hospital.
Unfortunately it has got much busier recently which has a knock-on affect to appointments and getting scans done when you really need them. Sometimes I need to be seen or have a scan done ASAP, sometimes the same day to “catch” the symptoms as they are happening. I’ve not been able to have a CT or MRI the same day when I’ve called to book, and as such the symptoms have been missed which is crucial for my problems. I hope this can be sorted somehow.
