Spire Hartswood is always my go-to choice when I need to see a consultant or have any scans etc. I’ve been visiting for over 10 years as I have several health problems.
I’ve always found staff to be helpful and friendly which is exactly what patients need visiting a private hospital.
Unfortunately it has got much busier recently which has a knock-on affect to appointments and getting scans done when you really need them. Sometimes I need to be seen or have a scan done ASAP, sometimes the same day to “catch” the symptoms as they are happening. I’ve not been able to have a CT or MRI the same day when I’ve called to book, and as such the symptoms have been missed which is crucial for my problems. I hope this can be sorted somehow.
