I went for a Health Enhance assessment @ Harpenden today. Both Health Advisor Ciara Murphy and Dr Karen Ronayne were very professional and I felt totally at ease(thank you!) I had guided physical tests and detailed discussions and all the anxiety I had beforehand disappeared as I was put at ease every step of the way. I got some great advice on how to improve both my physical and mental wellbeing.
