Whether on the phone or when visiting the hospital, every member of staff was kind, professional, and efficient, each giving their name and explaining exactly what would be happening.

Well planned out, clean safe and friendly.
Parking is a bit of a nightmare so plan for longer than average before your appointment.

Outpatient staff could be a bit more understanding and communicate with patients waiting if the consultant is running late.

The problem with this hospital is the very small waiting room which gets crammed full and feels like a cattle truck which does not put you in the best frame of mind to see the consultant - not what you expect from Private health care!
