The medical care and treatment was very good, but having been to the Spire in 2012 and 2013 for hip replacements (on NHS) I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The standard has dropped considerably in the last eight years. This is a shame as it spoils the whole experience for the sake of a few pounds. Would not go there again or recommend to anyone. Prior to admission trying to find out how much to pay, and when, was difficult and left very little time to arrange funds. Overall admin very poor.
