All the clinical staff were friendly and efficient nothing too much trouble especially during the night. Made sure I was fit enough to go home after operation even though it did seem a bit soon but they obviously knew best. Only problem I had was with the Admin. Even though I had a self funding package received 3 invoices which amounted to nearly £900 that I had to sort out took nearly a month. These charges were allocated to me by mistake for treatment I did not receive.
