I was cared for extremely well as an outpatient and, eventually on Copperfield ward for my surgery.
The nurses were very thorough and attentive and I could not have asked for better care.
I was kept informed about me care plan and discharge when the tie came and all staff that I saw were professional.
After surgery the Physio team were great and helped me with my aftercare, giving me confidence in my recovery - again the staff were professional, informative and very helpful.
From the reception desk when I was greeted to the consultant at discharge I had a very positive experience at the Spire Alexandra and would not hesitate to go back if I required more care.
