In an very friendly but professional manner Simon Ellis explained in detail why 6 years of physio hadn't worked. He asked me questions that had not been asked before, he looked at my MRI in the evening, called me that night to confirm what we had discussed and because I had traveled a long way I had some x-rays done and seen again that day to discussed these. All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses, Dr Palkovic the anaesthetist were outstanding, I couldn't have asked for better care, Simon Ellis even called my husband when I was in the recover room.
