I was admitted to the Spire Alexandra six weeks ago for total hip replacement surgery. Every member of staff I encountered during my two night stay was friendly, approachable, professional and empathetic. From the Reception, Housekeeping and Catering teams to the surgeon, Mr S Jain, the anaesthetist, Graham (who calmed my last minute nerves and quoted statistics for my peace of mind) and all of the nursing, physiotherapy and auxiliary staff who tended to me to ensure my comfort and wellbeing, I was treated with dignity and respect. The hospital was immaculately clean and I felt safe and confident in the care I was shown. Thank you to all.
