I attended an Outpatients Clinic with my mother for a consultation with a Consultant member of the Surgical Team. The heatwave certainly made the work of the staff more difficult, the lack of air conditioning in the waiting room made it very unpleasant for those waiting and I look forward to the opening of the new hospital buildings. The treatment rooms were functional and the staff were very helpful and caring.
