My two main concerns... 1. Waiting for the operation I had to continually call to see when my operation was due. It took 6 months to get an answer. I called the waiting list office several times and left messages I never got a call back until I threatened to make a complaint.. Then I had several calls trying to contact me.... 2. Who ever put the car park where it is and it's access to the main building needs to sort the access problem out... Totally illogical... Who,ever planned that needs a lesson in common sense.
