Shockingly bad. I am now afraid to be treated at this hospital. Communication is terrible, including appointment letters not being sent and then being reprimanded by staff for not bringing the letter and the information requested in it! The environment is lovely, but you go through endless rounds of reporting to different desks and different waiting areas. As a result my notes went missing twice in one morning. I have waited and waited for a treatment date, have requested information and complained, but no one has responded and no one seems to care. The nursing staff openly admitted in a public area they did not know about the type of patients they were treating and had to check procedures with each other - it was alarming. I was scared. I have already registered a complaint. The automatic response stated due to volume they could not respond within the usual two day window and had allowed themselves five days. I still have not had a response and we are well past five days.
