What's the point of this hospital when they cancel your appointment on the day when you're already there or halfway there.
It's ridiculous that they have changed my appointment 4/5 times now. Was meant to come in December, but they changed it again to November. Sorry, I better things to do that wait for you to change your mind again. we have lives to live, not wait on you 24/7 -365 days a year. So I ain't coming to my appointment get lost in don't care I will not ever attend SOUTHMEAD again getting called my doctor for another referral anywhere but SOUTHMEAD.
