I attended the Day surgery for an operation on my wrist. From the moment I arrived , I was treated with care ,kindness and professionalism. I was given a named nurse , which was really good. Everything was clearly explained so that I knew what would happen, as well as being given a choice in regard to whether I had a general anesthetic or a nerve block and sedation . I felt safe and well cared for , the staff I saw were the NHS at it's best.
