Michelle was so kind and understanding. She listened and showed so much empathy . She helped me so much with all my anxieties for my next treatments and the issues that go with it regarding my stoma . Lots of positive new advice even though I’ve had my stoma since 2019 At last I feel someone is there for me . As I moved just as COVID lockdown started I missed that face to face contact I had previously . Now I know I can contact Michelle at any time

Couldn’t fault my meeting with Michelle today but maybe the handover from one health trust to another could have been better .But feel confident looking forward I will be well supported .
