I was given very thorough explanation regarding my back pain, and my questions were all answered with good advice. The exercises although painful at first proved to help movement and I felt much better for doing them. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

The first appointment with the physio could come quicker so the patient exercise quicker, instead of waiting to know what to do and not move enough to recover quicker.

Physio listened to listened to symptoms and gave me a series of exercises to follow. Went thorugh excecises to make sure I knew how to do them properly. Felt appointment time was appropriate in length.

Relaxed. At your own pace. I can now walk without crutches again if only a short distance.

All of it was good and beneficial, maybe extend to 2 hrs as bits were at times rushed a little.
