The staff at the RVI are always courteous and well informed.
The doctors who have cared for me over the years have been of the highest calibre.

A modern building and staff with traditional values and care. I have attended RVI for 7 years and was always made to feel secure in the care I received.

Yet another out-patient appointment at RVI and still the same quality of care even though it was a very busy clinic.
The inevitable wait at the pharmacy was no problem - the staff are always unfailingly bright and optimistic and the patient can always have refreshments whilst waiting. I would suggest you commend your staff, they certainly have a good attitude and it shows!

Having only recieved outpatients treatment I found everything to be of a high standard.

The RVI is a great hospital and the staff in there are just as good. Dispite having to wait for our appointment I was more than happy with the visit.
The new build aspects of the hospital are impressive and modern with facilities to match.

I have to say I miss the old out patients dept that has now been pulled down. The care is very good but the new building is too clinical in many ways. Parking has been a problem for me - I have a Blue Badge and often it's been very hard or impossible to find a BB Bay.
