The New Victoria Wing was extremely clean and well signed. The well thought out use of space inside the buiding made the visit a lot more pleasant than expected, as it was not at all as dark and despressing as some.
The waiting/reception areas were also comfortable.
The only downside to the the RVI is the lack of good quality parking space.
