care was good although, feel that the care policy's that the NHS have in place are not adequate. I have fertility issues, I have no children. My partner of 3 years has two sons 14&18 yrs old I did not have any input in their growing up nor their care now and they do not live with us yet I am being penalised because of the. I will not receive any fertility treatment on the NHS.

I was impressed that the appointment was brought forward. On arrival the reception from all staff was very warm personal I was seen sooner than expected. I felt respected and understood.

my doctor was very helpful and genuinely seemed to care about me and my concerns. He listened to everything I said and gave me all the information I needed.

I always feel I am treated with care and respect whenever I am treated at the royal Sussex county hospital. My only little qualm is that consultant I saw on this occasion didn’t have my latest scan on this results or infection test results In my notes containing my case. he managed to find it on the computer but it took his time up. considering I have had quite a few appointments over the years it must be quite difficult to update my notes. all in all a very good service.
