I cannot praise Mr English and his team enough. Not only have they helped me physically they were genuinely kind to me during an emotionally draining time. The areas I was seen in were always clean and tidy. I was upset when I had to be cancelled but it was not the nurses or the consultants fault and they even got me a taxi home
