Prompt treatment and very friendly staff.
Many thanks.
From admittance to discharge I felt at ease. Staff were all great. Questions always answered.
No complaints only praise.
All good.
My care was excellent from start to finish. The nursing staff were attentive and caring (except I did observe an agency nurse called Linda being quite aggressive to an elderly patient called the patient one evening which I felt I had to challenge her behavior). But she was the exception as all others were excellent.
My pain relief in hospital was well controlled but the medication I was sent home with has left me in severe pain which I was not expecting. After several days it is only now easing enough for me to sleep.
Everything was good thank everyone.
Excellent eye contact and description of what next.
My experience has been very positive the process on this ward has been very good almost all the staff have been professional. I think the staff do a great job in very challenging times. The whole team work hard and care about there patients.
