Surgery and aftercare in the hospital was good. After returning home I feel that more could have been done to support rehabilitation.
At two follow up appointments I saw registrars who joined to look at my condition holistically as although my hip was OK, the difference in leg length was creating muscle spasm in any back, and making a difference to daily activities.
Nurse had good communication skills and was very friendly however, the care that I assumed I would get was not what occurred.
I was under the impression that I would have X-rays done.
Everything was good would not change a thing.
10 stars. :-0.
Friendly, helpful and informative staff.
Very friendly and informative.
Very kind and understanding.
No improvements at present.
Appointments usually on time, which is appreciated.
Excellent care during all of my visits to ROH.
Long way to travel for a 2 minute check up!
I felt that knowing if there was an extra waiting time was handy.
