The service was amazing the first time I came to have an MRI, I totally treated out and nurse 'Amy' was truly amazing and very sympathetic she treated me with such kindness when I returned it was nice to see her before the scan as she calmed and reassured me that everything would be of and it was. I also would like to add that the receptionist was very professional.
Very clear directions both verbal and written.
Courteous, kind and professional staff and welcoming atmosphere.
Everything, friendly, caring and professional.
Nothing can be improved.
The staff were very friendly, everything was explained before the procedure started. At this time with everything that is happening around us (covid) all staff remained pleasant and I do not think there is anything need to be improved. Many thanks to everyone for my care. (stay safe).
As far as hospital stays go this one was fab!
Alana, Peter, Toni, Ellie, Inaaya, to name but a few were wonderful and very considerate at all times. PT team excellent also. Toilet handle not reachable for people with hip and knee surgery and toilet bins.
They took care of me and respected my dignity they helped me learn to walk again, they helped manage my pain.
