Physio team are very helpful and supportive the environment how is very old and tired, at times it can feel quite cramped with a class and individual sessions.
Classes were good as it felt lie you had quality time with the physio the individual sessions felt too short with limited time to understand new physio/exercise techniques to improve you rehab.
Anjiela and June were absolutely wonderful. I have received such amazing care from start to finish while here at ROH.
From reception when I arrived to the surgery team, Graham is recovery and all the staff in between- thank you so much for helping me to feel safe relaxed and completely cared for outstanding!- Thank you!
Very helpful in hospital out patients.
Staff in courtyard phoned for porters so that I had a chair to get to x-ray.
Pre-op-Jane was very helpful and understanding as we had been at the hospital for a long while.
Any was really helpful and Acicia enjoyed her appointment.
All staff friendly and approachable, showed, compassion.
Had to wait/ ask 3 times for urinal bottle. Staff 'forgot' - was uncomfortable had to wait/ask several times for pain relief which was disappointing and uncomfortable.
The care was very good.
I did not understand why different doctors told different stories of what would happen in my treatment for the future.
The waiting time to leave the hospital is not acceptable.
Everyone that we have come into contact with today-through the admittance into ADCU, the nurses, the people carrying out the procedures, those taking we down to the unit for the procedure in the x-ray we're absolutely brilliant. They could not have been any kinder, nicer or more professional.
The wait was long.
They were polite.
The speed.
Extremely long wait in x-ray department 1 hour 20 minutes.
ADCU, a very professional and excellent service, complimented by very pleasant and hard working staff
