Everything was good and nothing could be improved.
Nurses have been great. Could not fault them.
Orthotics at the ROH provide the best in Orthotics. Better that the Queen Elizabeth hospital. The footwear looks correct like ordinary out door boots or shoes.
Ellen Emily Chorbue and Steve looked after me, showing care and empathy whilst recovering from a hip reconstruction.
I was listened to and given plenty of time to discuss the details of quite and health saga.
Fortunately I was treated to the expert advice of several specialists from different specialists in a single appointment.
Information fully shared and explained.
On arrival to be shown around the ward, is there a day room etc.
All staff to introduce themselves at the start of shift so you know who is looking after you. Most do this but not all.
Serving and offering meals was good. Staff friendly and approachable.
Ward clean and well organised.
I was treated respectfully and not rushed in any way.
Despite long waiting times in reception - excellent patient care and attention.
Consultation (Mr. Handu) also excellent in his manner and patient care.
