Nurses was polite. Could explain things more before completing them. Did feel rushed at times.
The staff were really nice and supportive, personally I don't really like the food (may just be my appetite).
All the staff on this ward were absolutely amazing and remarkable especially Jane Duncan, Imelda Padros, Anil and Sam Fitzpatrick. I cannot express enough how much Jane looked after us. Thank you all for your kindness.
All the doctors and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Introduced themselves and answered any questions I had.
Just one negative.
Try and speedup blood test results.
Otherwise excellent treatment.
My. Jose is a very good surgeon and consultant. He has always looked after the hand, my right and this is when he know that I had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome again (The previous time was in the left home.)
Since the operation he or his registers have looked after me very well . He organised a lady who gave me good exercises for me to do,To receive pain I admire him extremely.
Today I saw Dr/Mr. Budair, he was first class!
Very good bedside manner and incredibly helpful. I feel very happy with this time and information given.
The receptionists are always brilliant.
All the staff were extremely kind and caring. I appreciate the support I got when I was in extreme pain and got the register to see me as soon as they could.
Improvements - I wait it could have been made clear the other day that I could request pain relief every 2 hours instead of waiting for it.
Great service from Ben, the radiologist.
Very clear with his explanation very professional.
I was kept informed of everything.
Treated with patience and kindness.
