The staff have been very friendly and patient. I can't hear well and yet they were prepared to repeat things and explain things carefully. They were very attentive. The dinner staff went out of their way to find something for me to eat when I hadn't eaten for 2 days. They couldn't have been more considerate. The staff have valued my modesty. My only criticism was the time taken to clean and change me after my operation. A day and a half after my operation my daughter washed me and changed me out of my OP gown into my own night dress. Thank you for the last 4 days.
