Staff always ready to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The food was good and plentiful. Jugs of water/ squash were regularly re- filled. The physio team were encouraging and helped to make me feel I could do things. I had not thought possible. The porters were efficient and friendly. The surgery team were excellent. All ward 12 staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Thank you everybody.
