I dislocated my shoulder some years go and had few physio sessions. This time with a sprained ankle and on going aches my over all care was fantastic. When first seen by Ruth Murry, she was thorough and took a good case history and gave me appropriate exercises. She handed my over to seen Flynn who then also looked at my needs and took time to understand my fitness and work out how to educated me to help promote long term health and wellness I am really happy with my treatment and care.
