Generally very good, staff kind and professional.
Suggested improvements
On last day ahead of discharge. Rosy was given one of medicines 'morecol' without it being diluted, which made him very sick. (he had been given morcol the night before, diluted as per his records and it was fine). Disappointing end to our stay.
