Good, caring staff, friendly and approachable. Listened to concerns. All staff from admin to doctors. Nurses very attentive and caring however, slow to respond to requests for pain relief breakdown in communication between staff?? Discharge procedure slow - 5 hours from being told we could go home to actually leaving. Why?
