I am a driving instructor I started work at 7.30-9.30 in order to attend my appointment at 10 am. I waited until 10.15 to be told I need an X-ray. I booked my next pupil in for 11.30. I am not happy that my letter does not state you will have to have an X-ray, otherwise.
