The care and treatment I received was absolutely amazing the nursing staff are fantastic. However on entering the admissions day case unit the receptionist asked me to wait while she sat at the computer for some time she then picked up the phone and rung IT about her broken printer. She then completed the call and continue to make me wait.I waited so long but another receptionist dealt with me. This lady had blonde hair glasses and lots of jewellery and was working at 7:15 AM on Monday, 6 March. She was very rude and I'm sure not the level of service you wish to give to customers. I was always taught if facing person is more important than a telephone call especially when you are trying to sort out your printer. Other than that issue everything went perfectly and everyone I encountered after that was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have wished for a better procedure and care from you so thank you!

Clean and tidy waiting area.
Screens easy to read when called through for appointment, preferable to name being called out.
All staff pleasant and polite.
Very pleased with examination and consultation by a professional member of staff, with no pressure of time.
An excellent service that is taken too much for granted. I, for one, very much appreciate the care and treatment I received.
Letter explaining what had been discussed and planned investigations received in a timely manner.

The whole experience has been very positive.
The teams are both caring and extremely professional.
The facility itself is a little dated and could do with a review or an extension if the hospital is expanding.
The doctor and nurse treated me very well.
