From my Drs referal to my appointment, to my treatment and follow up appointment, I can honestly say I had the best treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending the ROH for similar treatment, or back treatment as I also had recently.
Professional shown at all times. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge.
Spoke clearly with clear instructions.
Good follow up.
Top class service.
My care has been excellent. The staff are kind and friendly and considerate - nothing is too much trouble for them.
I suppose it's inevitable that you can't make a decision about discharge until the last minute but I have felt a little bit anxious about not knowing how to arrange things for myself and my husband for the first few days I'm at home.
Polite and pleasant approach attentive.
The only thing that could be improved is the medication, which is slow in administering leaving me in an uncomfortable pain, although I know it's in no fault of the nurse.
They seem to be rushed off their feet.
Most of the staff friendly. Disappointing evening staff I press my buzzer for help with toilet needs after 20 mins I had to make my own way, I depressed my buzzer on way back. Similarly the lady opposite on a previous night had to do the same.
It has been absolutely fantastic! We have been laughing- patient to patient, patient with nurses, patient with physio's.
Although hospitals are not number one recommended places to stay (trip advisor).
Care, friendliness and respect at this hospital- can not be faulted.
Thank you.
