1. I received 2(two) letter, both dated 1 Sept it and sent individually to confirm my appointment on 7 Sept 17. Is this not overkill and expensive.
2. 7 Sept 2017 treatment.
First class start and finish - professional and brilliant it is beyond doubt that at the 'coal face' the NHS is outstanding.
