From reception to seeing my consultant Mr. Green I was made to feel respected and involved in my appointment and diagnosis and all covid 19 guidelines were observed.
Suggested improvements
Need to tell some waiting patients to not use phones in waiting area names come up on screen and because distracted, it wishes knock in delays.
