Whilst being in the care of the ward 3 staff I have been treated with nothing but respect and dignity. The two nurses who went above and beyond with my care was Amber and Elle. They are a credit to your team which needs to be recognized by management! Also Amy was incredible!
Suggested improvements
The nursing staff needs adequate breaks! More staff needs to be hired to take some pressure off current staff! From speaking to various professionals on the ward they feel they are not valued enough by the hospital. My care was faultless, the staff should feel valved in their place of work because they are all amazing!
