Mixed- most staff excellent and thoughtful. Ancillary staff exceptional. Know staff are busy but should not have to wait ages for wanting to bedpan and ages to get it removed (over 20 mins on one occasion) though when not mobile do need help and would not ask for it unless needed. Waiting for painkillers- delay from anti sickness to meds 2 1/2 hours:-Again needed to ask several times.
Suggested improvements
Hard I know but if you buzz for help- don't leave patient for ages- it does not help following major surgery when you are emotional anyway.
