Felt certain dept i.e. physio did not show respect for age, felt as is spoken down to some staff always in a rush, forget to leave buzzer in accessible place.
2 nurse in particular were very friendly and understanding that make me feel very comfortable. Nurse crystal and the nurse who did my admission before I went in to surgery did not catch her name I think it was Chim.
Very good with me and do every think quickly and careful I glad with nurse.
I was treated very well.
Everyone from the cleaning staff right through to consultant surgeons and all in between, exceptionally caring and gave full answers and information. Very impressed.
