I was very impressed with a lot of the staff. Nothing was to much, some went the extra mile. Some nurses were hard to understand at times, the ward where spotless and basically the staff never stop they are on the go 24/7 and are worth more.
Suggested improvements
There is always room for improvement in any job. I think the hospital has it right and appear to have adjusted covid very well. I think the jugs of water are as much but think the cups should be white then place up so you can throw away when used hence reducing germs.

X-ray time late bit rushed appointment with doctor.
Suggested improvements
Told on the phone by secretary that both parents could attend consultants room, just not the waiting area (where I parent could wait) but call the other parent through to waiting room. This of course not true so my husband could not attend and took time off work unnecessarily.
