Made sure I was comfortable.
Medical staff acknowledged who they were (introduction).
Everyone great, talked me through procedures from start to end.
Treated with respect.
Was patient with me.
My consultant was fantastic talked to me after procedure.
Anaesthetist were great too talked me through process.
Sam - nurse on HDU was wonderful.
I am really pleased with my care here.
