Normally this place is a mess. I have been here to outpatients seven times. I have never waited less than an hour after my appointment time. Once I had to wait almost yhree hours. Today the wait was only half an hour. What a difference. Less stressed nurses and less hassled consultants. Fingers crossed this us a sustained improvement not just a lucky one off.
